Ayrshire prepares to honour outstanding achievements in business.
The spotlight is on Ayrshire’s finest as the finalists for one of the region’s most prestigious business events have officially been announced.
Organised by the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce, the Ayrshire Business Awards are dedicated to promoting and supporting businesses across the region.
Over 100 organisations submitted applications, from which a panel of independent experts had the difficult task of selecting the finalists. Over 50 finalists will each now face in-person interviews where they will be able to present their case to be crowned as the winner of one of the 16 categories.
Claire Baird, CEO of Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “We’re thrilled to be able to showcase so many examples of excellent companies and organisations based in the region. Every year, the awards highlight Ayrshire’s vibrant business community, and this year is no different.
“The finalists have overcome the first hurdle and must now prepare to meet our judges face-to-face. I would like to thank every business that took the time to enter. The standard of entries this year has been extremely high, reflecting the innovation and resilience of businesses across our region.
“The business awards continue to highlight the hard work and commitment of Ayrshire businesses, that drives the local economy forward.

The awards ceremony will be held on Friday 3rd October at Ayr Racecourse.
