Developing the Young Workforce

Ayrshire chamber of commerce

Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Ayrshire is a government funded initiative aiming to bridge the gap between education and the world of work. DYW Ayrshire is passionate about helping young people find the right path to their future career. The aim is to connect 16–24-year-olds with employers to better prepare them for employment.

DYW Ayrshire is pleased to be holding three Information evenings across Ayrshire in February and March 2024. These events will allow you to explore stands and meet with a variety of employers to learn more about the wide range of careers available locally.

These events are in partnership with the local authority which they are based in, and will welcome young people, their parents/carers and educators.
